It is our sincere desire to provide your association with the very finest quality audio and video recording and on-site duplication services. In most cases, your attendees will be able to purchase and pick up copies of each session on audio cd and/or video dvd at the conference. We may not be the least expensive out there, but with 29 years of experience in the conference recording business, you can rest assurred you are getting the finest recording company in the industry.

We have recorded conferences with as few as 300 to over 25,000 attendees in arenas, conventions centers and hotel conference centers throughout the U.S. Our clients use our services year after because they know when they put their recording service needs in our hands, they can move on to other conference issues feeling confident that we will handle the job professionally. We have many options available for your consideration.

Please peruse the following options and let us know which will serve your needs the best. We can of course tailor any of these options to your specifications.

We have listed the most widely used services in the conference recording industry. If a specific service is not listed, please feel free to contact us for additional information on how we can meet your particular requirements.

OPTION ONE:

A simple $5,000 guarantee against sales. . (Includes NCRS transportation to and from the conference, technician costs, equipment, product, order forms, on-site purchase and pick-up of cds, post-conference ordering through our on-line store and 2 full sets of all cds to your association) Basicall what this means is that if we sell less than $5,000.00 at the conference we invoice your association the difference. If we sell more than $5,000.00 onsite, there will be no cost to your association.

On-site cd duplication @ $12.00/audio cd charged to the attendees

Your association provides: 2 hotel rooms, parking fees, any union fees from the host venue, and anyr outside sound company audio hook-up fees.

OPTION TWO:

A $5,000 fee.

A 50/50 split on all on-site sales from the very first cd sold. This is very attractive to your association if you expect a large sales response.

OPTION THREE:

A full set of all sessions in MP3 format given to all conference participants.

$10,000.00 plus $2.00 attendee - UNLIMITED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES

Here's how it works. We will record all specified sessions on-location. We will then create the cds in MP3 format. The attendees will receive all sessions recorded at the conference in the mail within 10 days.

The Association can offset these costs by :

-- Allow one or more of the conference sponsors to purchase the sets for the participants. Both the association and the sponsor logos can be placed on the label. The sponsor or association may also choose to put a short introduction on the cds. A truly valuable gift from the association and/or the sponsor/exhibitor to your membership.

Available additions:

Extra Sets available by table sales, at a cost to the individual

Power point disk produced by the association, but duplicated and sent out with the MP3 full set by NCRS. Cost is $3.00/disc charged to the association.

Your association provides: 2 hotel rooms, parking fees, any union fees, convention center, hotel or outside sound company audio hook-up fees.

OPTION FOUR:

A $7,000 fee. On-site digital recording. UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS of all sessions beginning five working days following the event. Attendees can download each session and make their own cds or simply listen to the sessions via their computer for a period of two years or as determined by your association.

OPTION FIVE

Add on-site video shooting/recording and on-site video dvd duplication. Attendees can purchase and pick up both audio cds and video dvds. Note: Video recording is limited to one room for the duration of the conference.

Single Broadcast Camera: Add $1,000 to the Option 1 & 2 figures.

Two or three camera live switch add $4,000 to Option 1 & Option 2 figures. This fee includes 3 technicians (1 producer).

SPONSORSHIPS :

One or more of your corporate sponsors will most likely appreciate the opportunity to provide each attendee with one or more cds of their choice. The sponsor gets the recognition and appreciation of the attendees and also gets their logo and mention on the face of the cd. (ie. This cd brought to you compliments of: Phizer Pharmaceuticals.) A short paragraph can also be added with their text. We offer a special discounted price of $3.00 for this service. The association simply makes up a "free cd" coupon compliments of "Phizer Pharmaceuticals" and places it in the attendee bag or conference booklet. The attendee presents this coupon to us at the recordings table for their free cd. NCRS collects the coupons and gives the association the results at the end of the conference.

Benefits: The association and the corporate sponsor receive the appreciation of the attendees. The free coupon brings the attendees to the recordings table where most likely they will buy additional cds.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS:

NCRS will also be happy to duplicate your data cd of the power point presentations prior to the conference. Several of our clients will then give the free cd to the attendee in their bags or charge a very minimal amount to the attendees for this cd. Again, this can provide an opportunity for a corporate sponsor to advertise on the face of the cd.
