2.    Load your Master CD into the Reader tray.

3.    Press the Reader drive button to retract the CD into the drive.

6.    Press the Writer drive button to retract the CD into the drive.

7.    Load the Input hopper (on the right side of the system) with up to 100 blank CD-R discs.  For optimum performance use TALON brand CD-R media.

8.    Press the "Start" button to initiate the duplication process of the first disc (the system takes approximately 60 seconds to begin duplicating, while it catalogs the first Master disc.  Upon completion of the first duplication, the robotics will automatically unload the Writer drive and place the recorded disc in the output hopper (on the left side of the system).  The system will then pick a new blank disc from the input hopper and load the disc into the writer.  The system will then begin to duplicate the second disc from the original disc.

9.    The system will continue the above process until the input hopper is empty.  The user may continually load the Input hopper during the duplication process to continue the job.

If an error occurs during the duplication process, the robotics will automatically pick the disc from the Writer, and drop the disc in from of the unit.  The Sequence and Pick buttons are used to calibrate the system during initial setup or after being transported.
